Short Plays in November!

In the spirit of the season, Clairemont Act One presents a very special production of eight short plays chosen from over 140 submissions from playwrights across the country:

     A young man offering free hugs meets an opposing force.

     Meaningful human connections can happen anywhere, even on a street corner. 

When RomComs Go Bad by Ken Levine
     Nostalgic romantic comedies take a surprising turn in this sparkling parody.

Object of Affection by Thomas Misuraca
     If relationships get too complicated, well, there are alternatives.

Intermission for Love by Steven Oberman
     When men are from Mars and women from Venus, young love can get funny.

Two People by Mark Saunders
     How many chances do we get to make a relationship work?

Slide Rules by Janet Tiger
     Even when set in our ways, can we experience a change of heart?
